Computer Servicing Pty Ltd (ABN 27 122 793 462) respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Through this website we only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact details you provide when you enquire, such as your name, phone number and email address.
• What you tell us about your device or the problem you need help with.

We also collect basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly which region a visitor is in. This helps us understand what people are looking for.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store passwords, banking details or credit card numbers through this website. If you are ever asked for those on a page claiming to be us, it is not us. Call 0410 324 146 and check.

• To quote and carry out the work you have asked for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We only disclose personal information where:

• You have asked us to, for example when we liaise with another provider on your behalf.
• It is needed to carry out the work you have engaged us for.
• We are required to by law.

This website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. Google may process that data outside Australia under its own privacy terms.

How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to client records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. As a cyber security practice we apply the same standards to our own systems that we recommend to clients, aligned to Australian Cyber Security Centre guidance.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, then we securely dispose of them.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email admin@computerservicing.com.au or call 0410 324 146.
